  • Commercials will be shown twice: Once in pre-game, once during the game.

  • The back of the board will continue to be still images only. 

  • No distribution of promotional materials.

  • No promotional tents.

  • No updating of videos -- one submission per fiscal year. 

  • No mid-season or custom advertisements. 

  • We are not endorsing the products sold or services provided by these corporate sponsors.

  • No political advertisements or endorsements. 

  • Buford City Schools reserves the right to refuse an advertisement / all advertisements are subject to approval.

  • The hard deadline for the full page advertisement in the Printed Media Guide will be July 15, 2026. If the deadline has passed, there will be no discounts.

Each corporate sponsor at the $15,000 level may have a 15 second, company-provided commercial played on the matrix board in the stadium. Most companies will have these professionally created. The commercial should have a clear, concise message that is engaging, memorable, and leave a lasting impression on the target audience. All background music should be royalty-free. Commercial content should be appropriate for all ages. Customer incentives are allowed, but please refrain from embedding QR codes into the videos. Buford City Schools reserves the right of final approval for all graphics and commercial content. Commercials may be shorter, but not longer, than 15 seconds in length. 

  • Please export your video in H.264.

  • The full size of the matrix board is 2496x1344, but the software will automatically resize your video, so it doesn’t necessarily have to be that exact ratio.

  • The video may have accompanying audio. The audience will hear it. 

  • Closed captioning is not required, but you may include it if you prefer.

  • The deadline for submitted commercials is July 15,2026.

All corporate sponsors ($5,000 and up) may have a Full Page Print Ad in the Buford Football Media Guide. The content of your ad should be appropriate for all ages, and may contain a QR code if you desire to use one. If you would like a picture of Buford student athletes taken in front of your business and included in your ad, please leave a blank space in the design for that purpose. These pictures will be taken in front of businesses on the morning of July 17, 2026.
